Udaan's supply chain design system was created to address the challenges of maintaining consistency, efficiency, and scalability across a vast and complex ecosystem. With teams contributing to various touchpoints, the lack of a unified design approach led to inconsistencies, redundant efforts, and slower development cycles. The project's goal was to establish a comprehensive design system that would serve as a single source of truth, enabling seamless collaboration, faster iterations, and a cohesive user experience for all stakeholders.
As part of the design team, I contributed to building a robust system that addressed the supply chain's functional and aesthetic needs, empowering designers, developers, and product managers to work cohesively and efficiently.
