MARS is a first-time 0–1 dashboard helping Area Managers plan, track, and analyse daily field operations. It replaces fragmented beat tracking with real-time data on visits, shop feedback, time spent, and order target progress.

Faced with a 40% cart abandonment rate, I redesigned the checkout flow to address user pain points by simplifying the process, optimising for mobile, and adding features like autofill and error validation.

Designed a seamless system to help new users easily opt in and encourage existing users to re-enable notifications. The goal was to make notifications genuinely useful — boosting trust and daily engagement.
